Niagara’s cool climate is well suited to this noble grape hailing from Burgundy. Fresh berry and cherry aromas, perfume and earthy minerality all combine to create this sensuous wine. This grape above all others displays the uniqueness of its ‘terroir’ or growing region. It requires meticulous winemaking and viticulture techniques, but offers huge rewards to its fans.
