Our Sauvignon Blanc has a distinctive floral bouquet, which is complemented by notes of citrus fruit and dill. It has good structure and an elegant, refreshing finish.

This vintage was crafted by harvesting a portion of the grapes early to preserve varietal citrus notes and refreshing natural acidity, and some grapes at a later date to enhance the tropical flavours, producing an exceptional, balanced wine. This is an excellent example of what a Niagara-produced Sauvignon Blanc is all about.

This cool climate style Sauvignon Blanc displays citrus and grassy herbaceous notes balanced with refreshing acidity for a lingering finish. It's fresh, lively, and loaded with bold aromatics – the perfect summer patio wine!

This release is hand crafted in the time-honoured Méthode Classique and was ‘en tirage’ for 2 years. Refined bubbles offer herbaceous and toasty citrus notes with a refreshing luxurious finish.

This wine displays aromas of succulent melon, grapefruit, and pineapple. Lively fruit flavours are also expressed in perfect balance on the palate with a soft, creamy texture and refreshing finish. A unique mouth feel is achieved through the harmonious combination of the varietals and the barrel aging process.
