Vidal is the grape most often used for Icewine in Canada. Its thick skin allows it to withstand the extreme Canadian winters for extreme Icewine making, but it can also make a delicious table wine. Vidal flavours are rich and tropical – mango, peach and citrus.

Our Vidal has a distinctive floral bouquet, which is complemented by notes of citrus fruit, stone fruit, and pear. It has good structure, a touch of natural sweetness, and an elegant, refreshing finish. It is best drunk while young and vibrant.

This richly textured wine displays fresh tropical aromas of papaya, mango and apricot. Bold fruit flavours balanced with fine acidity caress the palate and conclude with an exquisite silky finish.
