Our Wines Black Series

Our Merlot underwent malolactic fermentation and was aged in French and American Oak for 18 months for complex fruit and vanilla notes, to give you a wine of exceptional quality.

This vintage was crafted by harvesting a portion of the grapes early to preserve varietal citrus notes and refreshing natural acidity, and some grapes at a later date to enhance the tropical flavours, producing an exceptional, balanced wine. This is an excellent example of what a Niagara-produced Sauvignon Blanc is all about.

The Chardonnay is aged in French oak for 8 months to develop creaminess and vanilla notes, balanced with citrus and tropical flavours, for a wine of the finest quality.

This is a complex, easy to sip, full-bodied wine displaying bold aromatics of red raspberry, cherry, eucalyptus and bell pepper. Ripe red fruit, dark chocolate and pepper are abundant on the lingering finish.

Our Meritage is full-bodied with complex red fruit, pepper and leather notes on the nose, with hints of plum, cherry, dark chocolate and spice on the palate. The wine displays a smooth, lingering finish.

2009 was an impressive growing season for both Riesling and Gewürztraminer. Very intense flavours of peaches, apricots, ripe lemon and notes of honey. Crisp, long finish at the palate with a soft but intense mid palate, elegant and well balanced with a luxurious finish.

This wine has intense aromas of cherry, black currant, white pepper and raisins. The wine has an elegant balance, with fruity flavours and nice round tannins. It is a luxurious and elegant wine.

The Gewürztraminer is left on the skins for an extended period and cold-fermented to extract the lychee, spice, and citrus notes, producing a wine of exceptional quality.

This richly textured wine displays fresh tropical aromas of papaya, mango and apricot. Bold fruit flavours balanced with fine acidity caress the palate and conclude with an exquisite silky finish.
