Chardonnay can be many things to many people. When fermented and/or aged in oak barrels it takes on ripe orchard fruit flavours, creamy buttery notes and nuttiness. When fermented and aged in stainless steel, Chardonnay is lively, crisp and mineral. Our cool Canadian climates are perfect for retaining the acidity and structure of this widely recognized grape.
