Viognier is soft and supple, very perfumed and floral with a rich creaminess that comes from the natural weight of the wine and not from time in oak. Flavours lean to honeysuckle, peach, apricot, musk and sometimes beeswax.

Viognier is often blended with Shiraz to add lift and complexity; it helps to soften the acidity of the Shiraz.

Our Wines By Type Viognier

2010 Silver Series Viognier

Our Viognier is highly aromatic with floral, white pepper, and orange peel notes and a full mouthfeel with complex tropical fruit and peach flavours that express the essence of the Okanagan terroir.

2008 Gold Series Cabernet Shiraz Viognier

The complex, well-balanced flavours of this blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (49%), Shiraz (48%), and Viognier (3%) display aromas of dark red fruits, and spicy rich white and black pepper, with hints of blackcurrants.
