The vineyard is made up of approximately 1,360 vines per acre. Each vine was carefully selected to suit the varying coarse to medium loam and sand soils sampled in the area, and is pruned by hand. The fruit of these vines are thinned both at berry-set and post veraison and are typically hand harvested.
