White Meritage is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. Sauvignon Blanc adds the structure and flavor to the blend while Semillon adds the richness. The flavours are often zesty, citrusy and grassy from the predominance of Sauvignon Blanc while the addition of Semillon can display nutty and exotic components.
