This vintage displays a robust and ruby purple colour with dark red fruit, spice, pepper, and notes of clove on the nose and palate. Intense spice characteristics and concentrated flavours of black cherry, smoke, and blueberry elegantly combine to offer a delicious and persistent finish.
This Merlot is an intense, deep red in colour with aromas of dark red fruit, cherries, and hints of dark chocolate; a supple wine with velvety tannins.
Our Gold Series Chardonnay displays lovely aromas of vanilla and tropical fruits. The luminous gold coloured wine is beautifully structured with a buttery and creamy textured, flavourful finish.
The complex, well-balanced flavours of this blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (49%), Shiraz (48%), and Viognier (3%) display aromas of dark red fruits, and spicy rich white and black pepper, with hints of blackcurrants.
This wine is deep ruby in colour and full-bodied with aromas of ripe raspberries, plums, and vanilla underscored with spicy black pepper. The concentrated fruit flavours of berries, chocolate and coffee intricately fold with firm leather tannins providing an elegant, prolonged finish.
Our White Meritage is the result of blending Sauvignon Blanc (80%) with Semillon (20%). This wine has subtle oak over passion fruit with grassy citrus notes and refreshing acidity.
Golden in colour, this well-structured wine displays inviting aromas of spicy vanilla, baked apple, and hazelnut, with distinct mineral notes and toasted oak. Ripe flavours of citrus, peach, mango and nectarine are echoed on the elegant buttery finish.
The wine’s rich bouquet is accentuated with concentrated blueberries and raspberries, mocha, and vanilla spice. Flavours of blackberry, black cherry, and cassis intertwine with ripe silky tannins. Rich and full on the palate, this wine exibits cocoa and coffee through to its elegant finish.
