As the situation caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19) rapidly evolves, Canada Post continues to monitor issues and respond to the various safety recommendations made by the Public Health Agency of Canada. Canada post will no longer be requesting signatures from customers for deliveries to the door. Note that for registered, Xpresspost certified, Proof of Identity and Proof of Age items, as well as items where custom fees are due, a signature will still be required. The delivery agent will leave a notice card indicating the post office where customers can pick up their items by showing proof of identity and signing.

At Jackson-Triggs, the health and safety of our guests and employees is foremost in our minds. As such, in the wake of the latest COVID-19 updates, we wanted to let you know how we are keeping you and your safety top of mind.

  • To maintain social distancing, we have cancelled all daily wine tastings, tours and events; we will reassess in early April depending on updates from the Public Health Agency of Canada.
  • The wine shops at our estate wineries will be open for curbside pick up only. To place your wine order for curbside pick up, shop online and select your pick up location at checkout. We are also offering free shipping via Canada Post on all online orders of 6 bottles or more if you prefer your order delivered.
  • We’ve increased the frequency of regularly scheduled cleanings and sanitization efforts. We regularly clean and sanitize the common areas and our teams regularly clean their workspaces including the register keyboard and are encouraged to wash or sanitize their hands on a frequent basis.
  • The health and well-being of our guests and employees is our priority. As such, we are communicating regularly with our employees to ensure they have the information and support they need to stay healthy during these unusual circumstances. Employees who do not feel well have been instructed to stay at home.

Thank you for being a loyal customer. Since this is an evolving situation, we will continue to provide information as it becomes available. Take care of yourself and each other.
