The traditional blend of the classic Bordeaux varietals: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc; the warm desert climate of the Okanagan Valley also allows for Malbec and Petit Verdot. Typical flavours include ripe raspberries, plums, vanilla, spicy black pepper, ripe berries, chocolate, coffee and leather.
