You’re invited to spend an incomparable, intimate evening with our own Estate winemaker. Join Chris Holman as he takes you on a winemaking journey from vineyard to bottle. Learn the secrets to handcrafting premium wines, sample from tank and barrel, and hone your wine & food pairing skills, straight from Chris' arsenal of expertise.
Enjoy a bountiful four-course gourmet dinner and premium wines with Chris as he engages guests in lively, wine-focused conversation. This interactive, entertaining evening is not to be missed! Each guest will receive a bottle of our award-winning Entourage Sparkling Brut, signed by Chris.
