Jackson-Triggs Estate Winemaker, Chris Holman, will educate and guide you in the art of winemaking and blending, allowing you the opportunity to create your own individual wine blend. This hands-on, interactive experience features an unparalleled level of access and personal touch.
During this session, you'll learn the delicate art of blending different varietals to create your signature wine blend. From understanding the characteristics of various grape varieties to trying your hand at balancing flavours, Chris will lead you through every step of the process. Sip premium VQA wines, nibble cheese & charcuterie and leave with three bottles of your personal blend.
